I have been in the real estate market in the DFW Metroplex for 40 years. I help to empower the Koester Team by coordinating the negotiations for all contracts, heading up all marketing strategies and directing the team’s activities. I deal directly with sellers, buyers and agents on a daily basis in order to facilitate a successful transaction. We also work hard to stay in touch with all the team's past clients to council and assist with their ongoing real estate needs. I have earned both GRI and CRS designations, and have achieved prestigious President’s, Chairman Circle, Centurion, Triple Gold and Platinum awards many times. I have also recently received the Arlington Small Business Excellence Award and the Real Estate Agent Client Satisfaction award from the American Institute of Real Estate Professionals .
